Art, And How Not To Be A Douche Bag

We always see a group of people sitting in the corner of a club, pub or canteen (yeah I went there, touchy topic) and making general comments about everybody else in the location, gossiping even. Be it nice or mean, the comment does refer to someone who can't hear it.

Is that criticism? Is that feedback? Is it going to make anyone better?

No. It does however mean that someone knows about you and is interested to some degree in whatever you said did or even wore at a certain moment in a certain place.
And to be honest, it's all in all a good thing no matter what is being said. People take notice. People talk.  And it's a good thing.
Especially nowadays when being popular is more important than being liked...And it doesn't affect you a tad bit. You don't know what they're saying or if they're saying anything at all, you'll just keep going through life the same way you did before.

But what if all of a sudden you hear everything they say? Good or bad, general comments, darn right insults.
You get overwhelmed, you start to doubt yourself ( At least if you're less than confident you do) So what's the best way to take it all in without being blown away by the amount of feedback you receive?
You realise that there are certain people who are there solely to say rude, unproductive things. Douche bags and Trolls.
Trolls are benign, they're manageable and funny sometimes, but if you're unlucky enough to find douche bags...

I'll continue this tomorrow :p
