Black Lagoon is about a company called Lagoon company, this company is a group of pirates/mercenaries. One day they are told to get a package from a ship, when they obtain it Revy, the female protagonist, wants to take a man with for ransom money, this man is Rokura Okajima, Later on Dutch, the African-American leader of the group, tells her that it was a bad idea because they cannot get in touch with his company, but Benny, Lagoons technical expert,manages to get in touch with them but they do want to have him back because he holds the most vital info from the disc, and he makes it look like Rokura died. Know Rokura is working for the Lagoon company, and he is know known as Rock.
This anime is mainly seen as an action one, but most other people see it as a comedy as well.
